David James, Director of Payroll Operations

David James has been with Doherty since 1998. David's previous experience includes a leadership role in payroll service comprising payroll administration, process/quality improvement, design and development of client support tools (process and training development), new client acquisition, project management, new client integration, as well as incentive program development.

David attended the “Masters in Executive Excellence” at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. He has also attended a significant number of payroll courses and continues his education by attending monthly American Payroll Association (APA) seminars.

David’s leisure time is filled with camping, outdoor activities and his grandchildren.
