Laurie Rossin, Director of Retirement Services
Laurie has a diverse background in human resources, compensation and benefits, and retirement plan administration and has been with Doherty since 2002. With more than 20 years of experience in the retirement services industry, her primary responsibility is the administration and compliance of the Doherty multiple employer 401(k) Plan. She oversees Doherty’s Retirement Services Department which also provides assistance to clients who maintain their own retirement plan.
Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management from Augsburg College, and holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification through World at Work and the QKA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Laurie continues to enhance her skills by attending training opportunities through Doherty University.
