Michele Jiosne, Director of Client Services
Michele has been with Doherty since 2003 and has been in the HR field since 1983. Michele's experience includes health and welfare benefits design, implementation and communication; HRIS functional and process design; customer service; large client accounts; and human resources communications. Michele also manages the Doherty University program, participates on Doherty’s senior leadership team and leads many corporate-wide initiatives. Michele has maintained a designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2001 and continues to enhance her skills by attending a variety of seminars and webinars along with keeping current on the latest employment trends.
Prior to joining Doherty, Michele was a functional consultant for a major software company’s implementation partner. Michele holds the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) designation. She also held a board position in Store to Door and was an event leader for Single Volunteers of the Twin Cities. In her leisure time, Michele enjoys decorating and theater.
