Scott Doherty, Vice President, Business Development

With over 25 years of sales and marketing leadership at both small and Fortune 100 companies, Scott leads the sales and external marketing activities for Doherty Employer Services.

As a graduate of the University of Minnesota - Duluth, Scott is a specialist in the human resources outsourcing (HRO) industry and in sales leadership /development. He is highly experienced in counseling clients through all aspects of HR, taxes, benefits and payroll offerings. In his role, Scott's focus is to expand the message and value of strategic HR and share how it can significantly affect positive results for companies of any size.

Scott considers himself a "classic Minnesotan" who enjoys all outdoor activities. His interests include fishing, classic muscle cars, music and spending time at the lake with family and friends. Scott is also an avid fan of Minnesota hockey and actively participates in an adult league.
