Pam Hart, Director of Safety & Wellness
Pam has more than 25 years of experience in occupational health and safety, with expertise in the design and delivery of ergonomic systems, safety training, health and safety audits, behavior modification for safety, emergency preparedness and business continuity planning. She received her AA degree in Nursing from Anoka-Ramsey Community College, her BS degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and her Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota. Her professional licenses and certifications include Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S), Safety Technologist (OHST), Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S), Registered Safety Professional (RSP) in the UK and Registered Nurse (RN). Pam has served on the Board and as Chair of the American Board of Occupational Health Nurses (ABOHN), as a volunteer responder and trainer for the Hennepin County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC), as a volunteer disaster health services responder for the American Red Cross and as the Disaster Health Services Chair of the Twin Cities Chapter of the American Red Cross. She has traveled to six continents and is a photographer.
