Rebecca Woods, Vice President of Human Resources

Becky brings 25 years of HR expertise to Doherty. Her experience spans the HR spectrum, including employment law, training, affirmative action compliance, hiring and termination, benefits, performance management systems, compensation analysis and workers’ compensation. Becky has a BA in Business Administration, has completed post-graduate courses at Iowa State University and Metropolitan State University and has earned the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and considers herself an “HR scientist,” based on the numerous science courses she took in college prior to re-declaring her major from biology to business. Becky is an avid outdoorswoman and enjoys boating, summer sports and downhill skiing, as well as collecting and reading antique books.
