HRIS system (DohertyHRDirect). DohertyHRDirect offers employees and managers self-service access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. It houses employee information such as pay, benefits, HR, forms, company data, etc. Features include:
- Employee access
- Employees are able to view their own data including payroll checks and information, W-2s, benefits enrollment information, paid time off, employee handbooks, personal information, retirement plan deferrals, time entry, W-4, direct deposit and more.
- Manager access
- Managers are able to view employee information including paid time off, pay data, review dates, employee handbooks, time entry, forms, payroll and human resource reports and more.
- Manager access can be granted by security levels including departments, divisions, locations, etc.
- New Hire access
- Employees who are newly hired access their new hire forms through DohertyHRDirect, complete all forms online and submit them with a click of a mouse.
- Applicant access
- Candidates for hire can be directed to an applicant site to complete an application form which is routed to the company's hiring manager for consideration.
- This site can also be set up with background and drug test authorization forms to allow pre-employment checks to coincide with the application process.
